Finding good patents is like finding a needle in a haystack. With time and budget constraints, finding monetizable patents amongst a sizable patent portfolio is challenging. We have developed an in-house tool that performs statistical analysis on the portfolio to rank the patents based on their commercialization probability. We account for quantitative factors, like remaining useful life, length of the independent claim, number of claims, CPC analysis, backward citations, legal status, market analysis, and many others.
