- Patent Ranker. Ranks a patent portfolio by commercialisation probability using statistical analysis of remaining useful life, independent claim length, claim count, CPC analysis and citation data, so manual effort concentrates on the families most worth pursuing.
- Product Finder. An in-house database of recently launched products from leading companies across technology sectors, indexed by product name and specification, used to find products that may practise a patent’s claims faster than a public search allows.
- Essentiality Database. Thousands of patents already assessed for essentiality to HEVC, VVC and Wi-Fi 6, each recorded as essential or non-essential with the rationale. Holders and implementers can check a family against a standard without commissioning a fresh study.
- ETSI Patent Database. A searchable index of every patent declared to ETSI, rebuilt after each ETSI special report. It turns millions of non-standardised declaration records into something that can be queried by company, specification and technology.
- In-house Non-patent Literature Database. Standards contributions, meeting materials and reports, email discussions and every version of the specifications, collected in one place. This is where the strongest prior art for standard essential patents usually comes from.
- Landscape for Emerging Technologies. A continuously updated index of activity in each technology space: new startups, funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions, patent filings and product launches, which is what our landscape and market reports are built on.
